Shipping policy
At Rozelia Jewelry, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping procedures.
Processing time:
From the day the order is placed, we will immediately start to design and customize your personalized order, and we will print the item specially for you. Depending on the complexity of the product, the customization time is usually 2 -3 days(Monday-Friday).
Order cutt-off time:
15:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Stockholm). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We offer standard free shipping via Postnord within Sweden, 5- 7 days(Monday-Friday).
Sweden: Free for orders above 500 SEK | 40 SEK for orders under 500 SEK
USA: Free for orders above $200 | $20 for orders under $200
EU: Free for orders above €150 | €15 for orders under €150
Order tracking:
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours, and also on our order tracking page. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us. We’d be happy to help you out!
Address Change:
Once the package is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us or online chatbot within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Cancellations:
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment method.
However, for orders already in transit or that have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.
About Tax:
Domestic Orders: Once your order is successfully placed, no additional charges will apply.
International Orders: Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing Items:
We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or is even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team immediately to enquire if you would like either a refund or a replacement for your order.
