Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please initiate the return process before sending back any item.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@rozeliajewelry.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable).

2. Return Approval: Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility.

3. Ship the Item Back:

   • Returns must be sent by mail to our return address.

Return label: 
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. You can download and print it.

Restocking fees:
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Return Shipping Charges:

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we’ll cover return shipping.
• If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Times:

The refund will be automatically processed via your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post your refund.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or product, we recommend:

1. Returning your item first

2. Then, placing a new order for the desired item

1-Year Warranty:
All products are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
