Warranty Policy

For Diamonds

We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all our sustainably created diamonds. We guarantee the accuracy of the diamond grades listed on our site. If your diamond is ever found not to meet the promised characteristics, we will replace it with one that meets or exceeds those specifications.

Grading accuracy is determined using standard gemological techniques, with the following tolerances:

• Angles: ±0.2º

• Linear measurements: ±0.02 mm

If you choose to have your diamond graded independently, it must:

• Be graded loose (not set in a ring or other jewelry)

• Be evaluated by a recognized gemological lab (such as GCAL, IGI, or GIA)

• Evaluations by local jewelers are not accepted for warranty purposes

To file a claim, you must:

• Allow us to inspect both the diamond and the gemological report

• Cooperate with us to resolve the issue amicably

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover diamonds that have been:

• Damaged by unreasonable force or harmful conditions

• Stored or cleaned improperly

• Altered, abused, or subject to wear and tear

This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

Gemstone Certification Assurance

Certain products in our collection, including select lab-grown gemstone rings, are independently certified by reputable third-party gemological laboratories. For example, our lab-grown emerald rings are certified by the Gem Research Center of THA (GRC) and come with a full grading report.

Each certified item includes:

• Full gem identification and grading (e.g., weight, cut, color, and shape)

• A unique report number and QR code for online verification

• Endorsements from licensed gemologists

We guarantee the authenticity and grading accuracy of each certified gemstone as described. You can verify certificate details through the issuing lab’s official website.

Example: Certificate No. G2305250060, issued for a heart-shaped vivid green emerald ring on 05/25/2023.

Note: Certification applies only to specific products where grading reports are explicitly mentioned or linked on the product page.
