Our Warranty by Material

Lab-Created Gemstones & Cubic Zirconia

We guarantee the accuracy of all gemstone descriptions listed on our site, including stone type, carat size and cut. If any stone is found not to match its described characteristics, we will replace the item or offer a full refund. Where a product includes a gemological certificate (such as GRC), we guarantee the certificate corresponds to the stone you receive.

Lab-Grown Diamonds & Moissanite

For items sold as lab-grown diamonds or moissanite, we offer a lifetime warranty on the stone and guarantee the accuracy of the stated grades (cut, colour, clarity and carat). If your stone is ever found not to meet its promised characteristics, we will replace it with one that meets or exceeds those specifications.

Plating & Craftsmanship

All our jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including stone setting faults, clasp or structural failures, and premature plating wear under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or care, including: exposure to water, perfume, lotions or chemicals; scratches, dents or deformation from impact; loss or theft; or normal wear of plating beyond the warranty period. Please follow the care instructions included with your order to keep your jewelry at its best.

How to Make a Claim

Email us at support@rozeliajewelry.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
